Jeffrey D. Bohn prevails for clients in the Fifth District Court of Appeal. On July 14, 2009, oral arguments were given in the case of Lee v. Lee (F056107). On July 30, the Fifth District Appellate Court ruled on the matter and affirmed in full the trial court’s decision wherein Mr. Bohn prevailed on behalf of his clients. The appellate decision was ordered published in that it involves an area of law of first impression, as California has no controlling case in the matter.
